How do I place an order?

Ordering your products at Lemony Bay couldn’t be easier, please see here for details on our ordering process. 

Do your prices include everything, such as setup and delivery?

Yes they certainly do! At Lemony Bay we don't like complicated pricing and hidden extras, thats why our prices are all in! Artwork, Setup and Free Delivery included on every product!

How do I know what personalisation is included on each product?

You can find out exactly what personalisation method is included on each product under the 'additional information' tab. 

Colours, print area, product dimensions and much more can all be found under the 'specifications' tab.

Both of these can be found on all our products

If your prices include Artwork, Setup and Free Delivery why do I need a quote?

Great question, we use online quoting because our website is currently not transactional.

If you require the included 'standard branding' which is outlined under the specifications tab on each product, the price shown is what you will pay, plus VAT.  

If you require anything different from the 'standard branding' we will provide you with a completely tailored quote matching your exact requirements. An example would be needing more print colours than what is included in our standard price because your logo or design requires that. 

You will always receive an online quote from us outlining exactly what's included and the total inclusive price including VAT.  

We are always working to improve our website and that includes making it transactional in the future, so watch this space!  

Do you accept card payments?

Yes, we accept MasterCard, Visa, Maestro & Visa Debit.

You can use any of these cards to pay for your order via your online sales invoice, this is sent directly to you after the acceptance of your online quote.

You can also pay with your debit or credit card over the phone, just call us on 0800 689 0557. 

Is paying by card online safe?

Making a payment with your card via our online sales invoice is completely safe and secure.

You will find a 'pay' link button within your invoice, once clicked you are redirected to our payment provider Stripe, there you enter your details and make your payment within Stripe' secure SSL payment area. 

Can I pay by BACS or Bank Transfer?

Yes, our bank details for payment can be found on your online sales invoice, this is sent to you after accepting your online quote. We accept BACS, CHAPS and Faster Payments. 

If you choose to pay for your order this way please ensure you place your order number down as the reference number on the transfer and email [email protected] just to let us know the payment has been made. 

If this option is selected but payment is not made then your order will be delayed. Please note we require cleared funds in our bank account before we release any goods. 

Will I get a receipt for my order?

Yes, after you have paid for your order the receipt is emailed straight to you for your records. 

Can I order over the phone?

Yes of course, just give us a call on 0800 689 0557 between 9-5pm Monday to Friday and we will be happy to help. 

Do you have a catalogue?

Yes we do, it showcases over 1000 fantastic promotional products. Please email [email protected] or call 0800 689 0557 to request your copy.

What artwork do I need to supply?

Great branding starts with your artwork. We pride ourselves on supplying you with top quality branded products, but to really make your designs look great we need top quality artwork. Making sure that your artwork file is sent to us correctly is a crucial part in supplying you with amazing branded products.

Accepted file formats

Vector files (eps, ai, pdf) - Perfect for all types of print and usually produced in Adobe Illustrator.

Raster Pixel Files (psd, jpg, tiff, png) - These file formats are only suitable for full colour, process and transfer print. These cannot cannot be used for engraving, screen printing or debossing. 

Create your artwork at the required print size or larger with the resolution at 300dpi. The larger and clearer your file is, the better the end result will be when printed.  Please note, we do not accept 72dpi files as these are not adequate enough to create a high quality print.

What if my artwork isn’t suitable?

Having suitable artwork is essential in making sure we supply your products with a clear and defined print. If you do not have your artwork in any of the acceptable file types we have listed please contact us and we will be more than happy to help. 

Will you send me an artwork proof to check before you go to print?

Yes, on every single order placed with us you will always receive a free high resolution visual, this will show exactly how your design will look on the product before it goes into print.  

We only send products to print once we have received written confirmation by email that you are happy with your visual and want to proceed. Any delay to artwork sign off may impact your delivery date. 

Can you match the print colour to my logo?

Yes, on any of our products that allow Pantone matching, you will need to supply us with your colour references for us to be able to Pantone match to your exact colour.

Every colour has a PMS reference number which stands for Pantone Matching System. This system is widely used throughout the industry to ensure any printer can match colours specified by any designer.

Don’t have your colour references? The designer who created your original logo or design will most likely have these on file. 

Can I have a sample of the product before I order?

We work hard on providing our customers with the very best photography of our products to help you when making your choice on what to buy.

We understand sometimes this just isn't enough and there is nothing better than seeing an actual sample of the product before you buy.

This is exactly why we provide free samples on lots of our products. These samples are sent to you un-branded and some of our more expensive products will be charged for.
